My lips are always too dry to apply lip gloss/lipstick. I always end up applying everything on my face except on my lips. There's this thin whitish layer of skin on my lips after a while if I were to apply lipstick. Even lip balm do me no good. Still, I got myself a lip moisturizer from NEUTROGENA.
Then I saw something on the product and was a lil' stunned.
*GULP*
Now you tell me, who will still dare to use??!
