Woke up at 4am to prepare for work and I was totally slacking all the way at the shopfloor. Not only me, most of my colleagues too. However, Liona, Ruby, Hwee Pin, Samantha and I were exceptionally looking foward to knocking off. We had planned to meet up for dinner at CoCa Resturant located at Ngee Ann City. Thus when the clock struck four, we quickly punched out and rushed home to prepare for our date, hehe. It was a gathering for us cuz I'm gonna leave the workplace soon and some of them will be changing team. So sad, I surely will miss the lovely gals.
Reached Coca at 8pm and the food there really tasted great. I guess it's the company I'm with. Took pics using Hwee Pin's camera even though I did bring mine along. And most of the gals I've given them nicknames, haha. Like Hwee Pin who is super fair with a round and pinkish face, I called her PEACH. Her face looks like a big and juicy peach to me. Ruby who's surname is Loo, I called her Scooby Doo cuz very rhyme what! My fav gal, Liona whose surname is HUM, I called her "MY HUM" and will sing to her, "My Hum, My Hum My Hum...". It's the song by Black Eyed Peas, "My Hump" if you dun get the joke. Cute Samantha, no nick for the time being lah....

No pics of food cuz we ate hungrily and wolfed down everything when the food arrived. After which we shifted to the 24hrs Coffe Club located next to California Fitness and had more drinks and chatted till 1am. I made a move first while the gals stayed on. One long time no see fren smsed me to meet up and I agreed to. It's been about 5 years since we last see each other and he came to pick me up from Orchard.
We went to East Coast Park for some drinks and chatted till 2plus before he drove me home. But we so suay that kena road block at my area. Haha. Siao one, TPY also got road block. Had to get down and let the police check on us before we can continus our journey. Reached home at 3am and only slept at 5am after washing up and going online for a while. Such a long , tiring yet happy Sunday for me.
It's good to see an old fren once more and I'm glad life's going smoothly for him. But I was so darn bad lah, kept teasing him of being fat. Hehe. When I'm home, he smsed and said that I've become sexier (Wahahaha) and promised to show me his new home next time that has a roof garden with a jacuzzi. Too bad his dog passed away le. Rather miss his dog that was named BABY too.

Off today and it rained quite heavily just now. Slept till 2pm and was too lazy to get out. I would love to stay home at times too. My messy and cozy home sweet home.
Tml last day of the month and we gotta stay back late to do price change again. Arrgh. Loathe it.

It's 505am now and I reached home from work at 230am. Wanted to turn in at 430am but I couldn't sleep cuz I got this fear inside me after the lights were out. Bro hugged Baby to sleep and Mum's went to work already thus I gotta sleep alone. I fear... sleeping alone in the dark. Something embarrassing to admit but it's true. Especially after the incident that happened long time ago which I think I've mentioned here before, in my blog. Not only that, something happened few days ago which evoked that fear in me once more.
Mum, Baby and I were sleeping in the room one night. Just when I was slowly drifting into slumberland, I heard something that made my eyes went wide open the next minute....
I heard a woman's voice at my ears saying....
"Wei..."
The voice sounded so crisp, clear, cheery and light.
How not to be scared now if I were to sleep in the dark all alone? I even thought of sleeping with the lights on sia. Duhzz! Finally made the decision to come online till the break of dawn.
Haizz, I guess alot of happenings in my life right now, especially all the setbacks I've faced and am still facing, has made me a timid and negative person already. I do hope that I'll see my rainbow and the pot of gold after the rain soon.
When will the sun rise again in this gloomy world of mine? SIgh.
P/s. I'm gonna carry my Baby back to my room to sleep with me now! Hehe.

What happens when the world's shortest man meets the woman with the longest legs?
LONDON - Trafalgar Square routinely serves as a stage for mimes, jugglers and other acts, but the tourist attraction drew an exceptionally curious crowd Tuesday when the shortest man who can walk met the woman with the longest legs.
He Pingping, of China, was born with a type of dwarfism. He, 20, stands precisely 2 feet 5.37 inches tall.
The pair met to publicize the release of "Guinness World Records 2009." This year's version of the popular book is due out Wednesday.
He called Svetlana Pankratova's legs "very beautiful."
Pankratova, 36, who is Russian but lives in Spain, has legs that are nearly 52 inches long, or more than 4 feet long. Her upper body has nearly typical proportions, giving her a giraffe-like appearance.
Dressed in a bright-blue mini-dress and low-heeled pumps, Pankratova, 36, said she liked her legs, though they can complicate things. "It's hard to find clothes, especially pants," she said.
At just over 6-foot-4, Pankratova isn't the tallest woman on record. Sandy Allen, of Shelbyville, Indiana, who died recently, held that title at 7 feet, 7 inches, according to the book. The book said He is the shortest man who can walk.

Popped a lil' pill that my doc prescribed to destress myself last nite. Lots of stuff on my mind that made me rather upset. Haizz. Slept at 11 plus and had to wake up at 4am to prepare for work. In the end, the pill that was supposed to help me destress and would cause drowsiness had took effect and I could hardly keep my eyes open! I struggled to get up and my eyes remained slits even when I'm washing up. I was feeling so seh that the urge to take mc emerged into my mind again... In the end, I did went for work lah, haha!
Hazel took mc today. She's also currently actively looking out for better jobs. Most likely she'll be leaving the airport by this year too. Then during our short break, Liona and I visited the butterfly garden that was found near our workplace. My god, I was soo soo terrified of the flying insects! I even screamed out loud once when big butterflies flew towards our direction. Haha. Luckily not many people there then. It was a scary yet intriguing experience for me to be surrounded by soo many butterflies in an enclosed area.
These few days I've been deadbeat after work. Once I reached home, I was too tired to even wash up then I collapsed on my bed and took a nap with my make-up on. Fortunately this type of weary life won't last long for me.
Tml half of my team members will be off. My kakis, Hazel and Liona are not working too. Sian le. And I'm super slack at work from the beginning of this month after I tendered. My sales per day is really bad cuz I'm already in a holiday mood.
My manager, Matthew handed me a letter today. It stated that my company accepted my resignation letter... Then he told me that should I feel unhappy or get bullied in the new job, give them a call... Wahahaha. Liona was in the office too and she heard his words. Then I told Liona what's the point of calling back when I myself got bullied by that crazy Matthew himself? Duhzzz!
Looking forward to my offday on Friday!! Cuz I've got a secret appointment to attend... Hehe... Can hardly wait!!
And I'm counting down to my approaching Taiwan trip!!

Off today and everyone has to work cuz it's a Monday, therefore I went out alone to Novena Sq to check out something. Unfortunately the place was closed when I arrived. In the end, I was too lazy to go Bugis to cut my hair and tried MONSOON that could be found in Velocity instead.
The young receptionist's service really sucks. She walked so slowly, did things so slowly that I kept knitting my brows. My stylist, a girl named Faye also not very pro. Her words were even contradicting at a point when she told me to keep my hair longer then can perm and that my hair's texture still can do the perm. But when I told her my hair was too dry and my previous stylists dun allow me to, then she changed her words and discouraged me to perm. Wtf?
When I was paying, I realised that the young receptionist was a newbie and she did not know how to settle payment for the customers. Another staff came to teach her and when I asked whether they accept DINERS, the staff stared at me for a while before muttering that she THINK cannot... So I asked again, "So is cannot lah?" Then I gave her my MASTERCARD. Duhzz.
Anyway I only trimmed and she gave me more layers so that my hair will look more volumunize. I seriously think that my stylists at Reds can definitely do a far better job than that. I will never visit Monsoon again.
Went to Cold Storage at Velocity and purchased snacks of up to $34! Cuz I wanna utilise the $10 vouncher I had from the DIOR contest (I sold 10 bottles of DIOR cherie Blooming Bouquet). Went home after that and I felt so unwell. Think it's my flu that makes me dehydrated and my blood to become more deoxygenated. I felt so weak the whole time I'm outside, machiam will faint anytime. Reached home to find my lips looking darn pale and even peeling. Haizz. Tml onwards working late shift all the way to Friday. Still must go work earlier tml and on Thurs for product training. Hope I can tahan the long hours at work =(
I dunno why in the hell did most of my colleagues have this horrendous thought. Many asked me isit my manager (named Matthew) likes me and I rejected him that's why he treated me so badly. Few said that they assumed that cuz I look pretty and that Matthew must have a crush on me. He never likes me neither do I have any good feelings for him. We are both arch enemies now. PUI! That Stupid Moron! PUI!!!
My poor nose is darn blocked now. Sniff Sniff. It's so bad that I need to inhale deeply with my mouth instead due to the lack of oxygen. As a result, I feel so lethargic most of the time. Haizz. I hate to be ill. This coming Sat, I'll be going to Pauline's company BBQ and I hope to be better by then. She told me a joke thru sms few days ago....
When Pauline's colleagues know that her gf (me) is joining them, they started to tease, to ask Pauline to intro me to one of their staff who's not attached called Aaron. Then Pauline said that I wun like him de.... cuz I'm TOO WILD for him.. -__- What a "good" friend she is leh, said I'm wild. Wild her head lah...
Something bizarre happened yesterday morning at 5plus when I'm leaving for work. While in my room, I kept hearing bird chirpings. I thought it's my Dad's bird but somehow the chirpings came from the living room as well. Curious, I went to take a look and was surprised to see a baby bird fly into my living room. It circled a few times, landed on the altar a few times, even got hit by the ceiling fan that was in motion before it managed to fly out. Soo adorable can! I dun dare to catch it with my bare hands and I cannot put it inside my bird's cage cuz I fear my bird will bite the lil' thing. Hmmm. It's the second time this year a bird fly into my home. Does it signify anything?

Woke up at 3am this morning with a sore throat. Whole day at work felt so unwell and lethargic. Went to Watson and got myself Strepsil lozenges but the pain did not cease. Reached home as dead as a fish, took some sore throat medicine that was prescribed by a doc some time back and went for a nap. When I woke up, the sore throat did not get better and I felt feverish. Haizz. Think it's the cold weather that's causing me to fall ill. It has been raining everyday, freezing cold. When I was travelling to work in the morning for the past few days, I was pratically trembling and shivering from the cold. Felt so weak now =(
I've decided to tender my resignation letter next week. Have informed Cass and asked her to help me prepare the letter cuz I dun have printer at home. And no, I've not gotten myself a job yet. Have to give one month notice in advance and I really couldn't take it anymore. The manager is abusing his authority and planned to transfer me out of my current team from next month onwards. I know he is trying to make life difficult for me. I will not let him manipulate me one lor. I rather resign and leave with dignity instead of letting him find more faults with me and have the opportunity to sack me. Come on, it's not as if I'm well paid or something.
One more day to go and I'll be off on Mon. Intend to go for a hair trim cuz my fringe is really too long and limpy. Look fugly now with sucky mood and poor health. Haizz. What's worse will there be to come???
