Was on leave today. An unpaid leave lor cuz no work = no pay. My pay is hourly basis so.... haizz, this month Im 88 bucks poorer =(However, the loss is definitely worth it as Im invited to one of my gf's ROM! Glad that I can make it and found relief for my classes. Her ROM was held at Hotel Rendezvous and she did not invite many to this special and joyous function. Met Qi at the train station and we walked over. Will upload the photos when I managed to get more from Qi's camera. I did bring mine but did not manage to take lots leh. Abit paiseh if go to people's ROM and camwhore mah right?Plus I did not get a good view when the couple solemnize as their backs were facing us so did not capture them on my camera. Only managed to take their side and back views but not front views (-__-)"" I paisay walk to the front and take a closer view lah. Hmmm, really happy for the couple, congrats to you my dearest Yvonne! They have known each other for 12 years (since sec school!) and been attached for 8 years before decided to tie the knot. Dunno when will be my turn.... haizz....But Qi, Von and me also very funny de lah. We seldom meet up de but still quite close though. Von and Qi are closer.... Three of us like meet up only bout.... once a year? Haha! We really should meet up more often lah. Duhz!!After that, Qi and I walked to Orchard to shop. On our way there, we were stopped by a man who introduced himself as a talent scout. He was blabbering bout asking us go for audition and gave us his namecards. We declined his offer nicely twice, telling him that we're not interested at all. In the past, I've always been approached by such talent scouts who will ask me to go for audition as model lah. But it's something that I find not realistic. One really cant survive on the job for long...Anyway, AFTER we rejected him, guess what he said to us next......HE ASKED FOR HIS NAMECARDS BACK!!!!Oh My... Devilish Me!!He really so pathetic meh? Once you've given out your namecards, how can have the courtesy to take back?? We were both stunned for awhile and after the man walked off, Qi and I made funny remarks of him. He must be too poor to print more namecards lah, hehe.And so, we shopped at Orchard till 6 plus before she went home to celebrate her mum's birthday while I met Pauline for Part2 after that. Walked around before we had dinner at a Vietnamese Restaurant at Wisma. No photos with her though cuz I was tired le and dun have the mood to pose for the camera. More shopping after that and we ended our day at about 10 plus. Tml is National Day. Everyone is having their well-deserved holiday but I still gotta work!! SUX! No extra pay also. SUX SUX!! Luckily I only have to work for 2hrs lah, still not that bad.So Happy Birthday to Singapore lah, even though I dun really like my country. Everything so expensive, GST go up but my pay never go up leh... Now my dog must apply license else must fine $5000 (sianz). Can dun always try to find means to take so much money from poor people like me anot? Why not let your poor citizens lead a less stressful life and give us more benefits instead. Then again, due to your location in the world map, you did let us live a life free of natural disasters like earthquake. For this, (this is the only good point I can think of you leh, so sad) I still wanna wish you....
And one more thing...It's also FION'S BIRTHDAY!!!
Happy 25th bday woman. You finally join the MID-20s group le ahhh, hehehe! =P Hope you are having a great time at Carlton now. Cya soon, perhaps this weekend okie!! =DP/s. Bought Fion a simple gift but dunno she will like it anot leh. So hard choosing a gift for her cuz she's so financially well-off now that she has pratically everything liao! Hehe. Hope You will like it lah, hor... Juz something.... simple. Then again, you HAVE TO like it okie, cuz it's from me what! =P MUAKZ!
