All that craze of purchasing stuff from the Internet, I've decided to put a stop to it. No more buying clothings from the Taiwan sprees cuz been receiving apparels of shitty quality and are a total waste of my money. They're not cheap either, mind you. Each item still cost about $17-$20 and the fabric to me is not even worth five bucks okay! All that anticipation and waiting only leads to disappointment upon finally receiving my stuff that comes all the way from Taiwan. Haizz.
And if any soul has even noticed, I did put up a link to an online shop some time back and I've decided to remove the link. Reason is that their service rendered ain't efficient at all. And not to forget the poor quality of clothes received. I don't really blame them for the quality cuz the problem lies with Taiwan side as I received the same thing from another site. But their service really sucks lah.
Here's my encounter with them....
When I placed an order with them initially on 12th June, they replied so promptly that my stuff would reach singapore in 1 wk's time. Ok, nvm so I waited. But after TWO FREAKING WEEKS of waiting, there's still NO NEWS from them at all. I felt cheated. I finally email them and they asked me to quote my order details to them. Ok, I did and they said my stuff were sent out on 30th June. But when I finally received my items, I realised one piece was missing. I email them again and they replied (on 4th July) that the item was delayed and would arrive in 1 wk's time. I finally finally received that particular item after that.
I'm pissed that they should have taken the initiative to update me on my stuff status like what other sites did. This my friend, is called responsibility. Oh, you mean if I dun email you, I wouldn't have received my items at all? And you guyz told me that my items were mailed out on 30th June BUT did not even bother to inform me an item was delayed?!! This my friend, is called honesty. As an online shopping site, you dun even have these basic enthics, you should have changed your name to Suckslah instead! And I'm not the only one who felt this way. Big A purchased from them too after I intro the site to her and the people seemed to "disappear" after that, making no effort to update her at all. She too has to keep contacting them on her items. So pls do not buy from unreliable internet sites like them.
Anyway my point here is, my decision is made and no more online purchasing for me again!!!!
Not working yesterday and today. Met up with Fion and Viy last evening for dinner at Clarke Quay. Wanted to dine at Jumbo Seafood but all full already so we adjourned to Indonesian Restaurant instead. After our sumptuous meal, we walked to a pub and spent the rest of our night chilling there, yakking and indulging in the great music. But we only stayed till about 11 cuz Fion's bf had to fetch her for a movie. Viy and I lingered at Clarke Quay for a while more cuz we saw a lil' flea market buzzling with crowd and decided to pop in to check out the stuff. However, soon after we were among the crowd, I heard Viy saying that she felt dizzy and she leaned a lil' on my back. I turned around to look at her and was shocked at what I saw....
Viy was losing her balance fast as she staggered to the right and collapsed onto the ground. Immediately, I rushed to her side and I realised she still was conscious. She laid on the ground for a while and someone helped her to sit up. I'm too skinny lah, dun have that energy.... duhz. Then she remained seated on the ground for 5-10mins as she still felt dizzy. I kept telling her not to get up and to rest till she got better. Everyone around was dumb-struck by what they witnessed too. A few good souls did approach us to see if we needed aid. One got us a chair and another got Viy a can of green tea. After resting for another 10 mins, Viy said that she's better already and we slowly made our way towards the taxi stand and shared a cab back.
I thought it was the 2 glasses of white wine she had that caused her dizziness but Viy was a good drinker and such a thing had not happened to her before. Pls lah woman, take good care of yourself!!!

Tml onwards working morning shift again. Menses also came so most likely I'm not heading anywhere today. Too broke to also, lol.
I'm soo looking forward to my Taiwan trip but I've not plan my itinery yet and I've not had enough savings for my expenses too! Sigh.
I need Mr MONEY!!!!
