Met Eve last night for a chat till 1++am before we slowly walked back home. We always got lotsa gossips and stuff to lament and chat about. Girl talk, hehe. Then turned in at only 3am but didn't sleep well cuz Baby kept disturbing me. When I finally woke up at almost 12pm, I had a lil' swollen right eye and kept feeling breathless. Till now, I still feel some sort of pressure in my chest. Suppose to meet June today too but till now there's still no news from her yet.
The following is a backdated post from last weekend when I met up with Viyond. I was wearing a bright pink long sleeve top from La Senza and Viyond commented that the color made me look tan, machiam a Malay....
Wahh, sibeh sad lah. I wanna be fair fair but somehow seem to be getting darker. And I really love that top cuz it's comfortable thus.... I'll still wear it despite me looking like a Malay. Duhzz!
We headed to Taka first to have our lunch at....
Shopped a lil' around as Viyond wanna search for a dress to attend a wedding but did not manage to get one in the end. We then went to have a drink at BakerzIn....
Our itinery of the day was to head down to.....
Viyond then drove us to the The Max Pavilion at EXPO to attend JJ Lin JunJie's mini concert. The free tix was from her ex-colleague working at KBOX cuz the concert was sponsored by KBOX as well. It was raining cats and dogs and the weather made us sleepy.
There wasn't much food available there thus I only had MeeSiam for dinner.

When it's time to enter, we were rather disappointed cuz we thought we had the VIP seats but it turned out not. Our seats were in fact quite a distance from the stage and couldn't really see the star himself clearly.
OoOpz! No pic of JJ so sorry cuz the pics turned out rather blur and small thus no point uploading at all. We only stayed for an hour after hearing him sing a few songs then we left for home.
My free Pantene conditioner finally arrived by mail. It was raved that it's really good so I'm gonna try using it. Bought a box from Taiwan before but duno why the packaging seems different.
Purchased some candies from The Central and it tasted sweet and nice plus cute as well. Bought a jar and it cost me about 10 bucks. Unfortunately the jar's too big and heavy thus I'm still in the search to find a smaller container for me to bring them out. Sadly the candies are melting fast and I gotta store them in the fridge. The sweets are hand-made and you can see two men, an angmoh and a Chinese making them on the spot. Very unique and special, dun get to see them outside at all. Comes in different flavors.
I have too many skincare and cosmetic at home now that I can use till next year already. So dear frenz, pls do not give me anymore cuz I'll just be stacking more and more of the stuff in my cupboard. Gave a lipgloss and a bottle of PoLo perfume to my bro's gf cuz I dun wanna keep too many. Really alot on hand. Shall be packing my stuff soon and giving more of those that I dun use away. Passed Eve a small, cute Ferragamo body shimmer last night too. Hope she likes it.
Tml's Monday again and training is back at Urban Beauty Academy. At least dress code there ain't that stressful compared to DFS office cuz we gals dun have office wear at all. Can tell that some gals are getting stressed out due to the countless brands of products we'll be selling. But dun worry yeah! We can help one another out when the shop really opens.
No one's perfect and each of us have our flaws. Though I may have related experience and I've seen the worst at the airport then, getting to meet all sorts of people, colleagues as well as customers from all over the world but there are still many times whereby I can't cope with situations or stress as well. Thus unity and teamwork are really important in our working environment esp when it's a all female workplace.
As everyone knows, females are more petty and conflicts tend to arise very easily in our line compared to other occupations where there's a balance of both gender. Perhaps sometimes my straight-forwardness and tactlessness might have offended some, maybe when I tried to explain my point of view and yet mistaken as being arrogant. Any scenerio that I might have unknowingly went overboard, I hope to apologise and to clarify. I dun expect others to agree with me of cuz but I just wanna voice out my opinion that's all and not trying to get anyone to agree with me. Still, everyone's gotta give and take too right? Luckily the gals there are mostly alright for now.....
