I was so deprived of sufficient sleep and rest that yesterday at work, I was a walking zombie the whole day. I did not have any energy nor the mood to serve customers and was darn seh. Needless to say, I've got the worst sales ever. Only hit 1K+.

Thought could finally head home to rest when 4pm was approaching, plus the fact that I took out my contact lens cuz they're causing my eyes much discomfort and I only wore them for a week!! I was totally sian when supervisor Lucy told me to attend a training from 4-5pm. Told her I couldn't see clearly without my lens but she insisted that I must go. Fcuk.

It was a Burberry new perfume *The Beat* briefing. There were delicious cupcakes served and everyone had a second helping to it. Drinks from CoffeeBean was also served to us. I thought Vanilla was purely Vanilla drink. Turned out to be coffee with Vanilla. I don't drink coffee and was grossed out when I took a few sips of it.

The lady instructor posed a few questions to us. When she called out my name, I told her to repeat the question cuz I couldn't see the notes on the slide. After the training ended, I still must take a skytrain back to Terminal 1 to return the pass and took a skytrain back to Terminal 2 to take MRT train back. Soo fcuking troublesome.


There are few factors why I am beginning to dislike my job. Besides tailing the customers like a ghost.

I told my supervisor last week that I'm going for a holiday in Oct for a week. I got a nasty shock when I was told that the employees can only apply for leave ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE. That means I can only apply in Sept.. And my leave might not be approved too! Will only know whether I've got the leave when OCt's schedule is out and that's in Oct itself already!!! Told Supervisor that I already booked and paid for my air tickets but she said it's useless. If the company did not approve, I would not be able to go after all. Cheebye where got liddat one!! Annual leave is our entitlement what! And I've informed them so early in advance also cannot! Fcuk!

Then comes our public holiday leave. For instance, Good Friday that has passed last month. We MUST apply our PH leave within a month's time, can't accumulate at all. And using PH, our sales target should be pro rated accordingly but it's not!! It just ain't fair at all!!!

Everyone is expected to work OT every month as and when we like but each time is a min of 2 hours. It's already damn tiring to stand during work, plus our either damn early shift work from 5/6/7am to late shift that starts from 3pm to 12am, where got the energy to work extra 2 more hours for them??

I've been working there for 3 weeks only and I was told off by a stupid Malay cashier 2 days ago. A customer was buying Issey Miyaki perfumes and when I brought her items and the cutomer to the cashier, the Malay bitch said rudely to me that we have the promo set and is much worth it and I should get them instead since the price is the same. But there's sooo many stuff there, how would I know every item so well right?! In the end, this bitch went to help me get the promo set and then returned to the cashier counter and scolded me in front of the customer. She said angrily that I'VE BEEN THERE FOR SOOOO LONG STILL DUNNO?!! And then she shook her head in displeasure. I could only keep quiet cuz the customer was there but deep inside I'm exploding already. She's just a fcuking cashier and has no right to tell me off at all. And I'm there for barely a month, not long at all what!!! KNN, if that's long, then she's a dinosaur already ahh?! Chee Bye I hate her!!!

And many a times, when I'm standing near the entrance of the outlet, other staff will purposely stand in front of me so that they will get the customers first.

Otherwise when some customers entered the outlet and I'm right in front of them, some idiotic staff will again purposely greet them loudly first from behind me so that the customers become theirs. Where got liddat one?! I was so pissed off when it happened lots of times. Especially yesterday when I was already so weary and they kept doing it to me that I simply refused to serve any customers and started to clean my counter instead. They want to serve let them. I couldn't be bothered already.

Almost everyday, I can hear one bad mouthing about another to me. Hey, I'm really not interested to know all these at all okay! So long as that person did nothing to me, I'm okay with her. Don't try to influence me to hate them like you do just because there's conflicts between you guys alright!!


Tsk. How to survive in such environment lah, you tell me. Everyone there is so hypocrites and will do anything for sales and to their advantage. I really don't like working in such tense and unhappy place. Minor issue I will still give in to them, I'm still new after all. Push me to my limits and I'll explode one day, just like what happened between Aunt D and me. RoAr~!!!


And oh! I also realised one thing. One of my naughtiest student back in the tuition centre named Raynard..... his mum turned out to be my colleague now!! Sibeh malu okie!!! Hope they don't go around spreading to the others at the centre about me. Siao liao lah!!!!
